Etihad Airways needed a stand activation at Arabian Travel Market that would do more than attract visitors it needed to capture their details, keep them engaged across multiple days, and reward their participation in a way that felt exciting, fair, and effortless. A traditional raffle approach paper entry forms, manual draws, staff-managed prize distribution was not going to deliver the experience that a brand of Etihad's calibre demanded.
The system needed to be entirely self-service from the visitor's perspective: scan, register, and wait to win — with no friction, no queuing, and no manual intervention required. At the same time, it needed to be fully automated on the back end drawing winners daily, announcing them in a visually compelling way on the stand, and notifying each winner automatically with prize collection instructions, without requiring stand staff to manage any part of the process manually.
