Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Power Interactive retains ownership of all underlying tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies used to create deliverables, and grants the client a licence to use the final deliverable as specified in the agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared in connection with any project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, client data, pricing, and unreleased project concepts.
