Interactive Software Development for Immersive Installations

We develop custom interactive software for museums, experience centres, visitor attractions and brand activations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC. That includes games, touchscreen and touch table applications, simulations, holographic display apps, show control and AV automation, built in-house on Unity, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, Ventuz and web technologies.

You can engage us for the software alone, on hardware you already own, or as part of a complete project where content, software, equipment and installation come from one team.

Discuss your project

Most installations are judged by what visitors touch, but they succeed or fail on the software behind it. Off-the-shelf apps rarely fit the hardware, the story or the way a space is run, and software written in isolation from the AV system is where many faults begin.

We write software for the physical experience it runs in. The application visitors use and the control layer that runs playback and equipment are developed together, tested on the real hardware, and supported after opening.

Interactive Software Built for Physical Spaces and the People in Them

Branded Games, Gamification & Live Leaderboards

We build games that people queue to play: branded challenges with scoring, live leaderboards and reward mechanics, designed for the hardware and the crowd. For adidas Mission ZX at Foot Locker, Dubai Mall, we built custom arcade cabinets, an original game and an online leaderboard platform.

Touchscreen, Touch Table & Kiosk Applications

We develop applications that help visitors explore information at their own pace, on touchscreens, interactive touch tables, kiosks and holographic displays. Each one is designed for a public audience: no instructions needed, quick to reset and easy for staff to update. For the Visa Arabia Experience Centre in Riyadh, we delivered interactive applications and an AI assistant.

Simulations, Holographic & AI-Driven Experiences

We build simulations and interactive installations that respond to participation, from movement and touch to conversation. For the DHA Mental Wealth roadshow, we developed a holotube experience with an AI avatar that visitors talk to directly.

Show Control, AV Automation & Operator Interfaces

We develop the software and controls that let an installation's audiovisual systems work as one. Show control coordinates media playback and system actions, automation runs agreed sequences, and custom operator interfaces give staff a simple way to run the space. We build custom applications and integrations for Resolume, PIXERA and WATCHOUT. At Arabian Travel Market, we delivered synchronised real-time content and VIP interactive control across a 400 sqm exhibition stand.

Software That Works in the Room, Not Just on the Screen

An interactive installation is only as good as the moment a visitor touches it and the moment staff switch it on. Here is how we make sure both work.

Built for the Hardware It Runs On

We develop against the actual screens, sensors, tables and playback systems in your space, so performance, resolution and response times are right from day one.

The Visitor Layer and the Control Layer, Built Together

The app visitors use and the show control behind it come from one team. A touch on screen can trigger the right content or response anywhere in the space.

The Right Platform for the Job

Unity, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, Ventuz or web. We choose according to the experience, the hardware and how the space will be operated, not out of habit.

Built to Be Run by Your Team

Custom operator interfaces and content management mean staff can start, run and update the experience without calling a developer. After opening, our AMC covers support for the software we build.

What Building Interactive Software for Real Spaces Has Taught Us

Four projects where the software was the experience.

What this has taught us: the visitor rarely sees the hardest part of the software. Leaderboards that stay fair across locations, synchronisation across hundreds of square metres of screens and queue logic in front of a robot are what decide whether an installation works on a busy day.

From the First Brief to a System Your Team Can Run

Every project starts with what visitors should do and how the space will be operated day to day. The platform and code follow from those answers, not the other way round.

Define the Experience and Its Operation

We agree what visitors do, what staff need to control, and how long the installation will run.

Choose the Platform and Architecture

We select the development platform, playback system and integrations that fit the hardware and operating needs.

Develop and Integrate

We build the application, the show control and the operator interface, and connect them to the AV equipment.

Test on the Real Hardware

Every experience is tested on the actual screens, sensors and playback systems before visitors see it.

Hand Over and Support

We train your team, hand over documentation and support the software through an agreed maintenance contract.

Trusted to Build It, Off the Shelf or From Scratch

We work with agencies, brands, government entities and operators who need custom technology that works reliably in public.

You not only have a great portfolio, but you also have the ability to conceive amazing custom creative technologies. On the client-facing front, you are very versatile and can accommodate a lot.

What Is Changing in Interactive Software for Visitor Experiences

Visitors now arrive expecting physical spaces to respond the way their phones do. Across museums, experience centres and attractions in the GCC, that is shifting what operators ask of the software behind an installation.

Real-Time Engines Have Replaced Looping Video

Game engines such as Unity and Unreal render content live, so an installation can react to each visitor, change with data and feel different on every visit.

AI Is Moving Into the Physical Space

AI assistants and avatars can now hold a conversation inside an exhibit. The best use is targeted: where a simpler interaction works better for visitors, it is still the right choice.

Operators Expect to Update Content Themselves

Permanent spaces are now briefed with content management from the start, so seasonal campaigns, languages and exhibits change without new development.

Show Control Is Becoming Part of the Visitor Experience

Interaction no longer stops at the screen. A choice made on a touch table can now change lighting, sound and projection across the whole room.

Arabic-English Interfaces Are the Baseline

In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, bilingual interfaces designed for regional audiences are expected on public-facing installations, not added at the end.

Software Has to Survive Years of Public Use

A permanent interactive runs every day, often with no engineer on site. Locked software versions, automatic recovery and remote support are now design requirements.

What Our Interactive Software Has Delivered

“

Visitors never see the software, but they feel every decision in it: how fast the screen responds, whether the game is fair, whether the room reacts when they do. Good interactive software is the part of an installation people remember without knowing why.

What is interactive software development for installations?

It is custom software that lets people interact with a physical space: games, touchscreen and touch table apps, simulations and holographic experiences, plus the show control that runs the AV equipment behind them. Unlike a standard app, it is built for specific hardware, public use and daily operation.

Which platforms do you develop with?

We develop with Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, Ventuz and web technologies. We choose the platform according to the intended experience, the hardware and how the space will be operated.

Can you develop software for hardware we already have?

Yes. We offer software development as a standalone service for clients with suitable hardware, or as part of a complete project with content, equipment and installation. We confirm compatibility with a technical assessment first.

What is show control and AV automation?

Show control coordinates media playback and system actions, so lighting, sound, video and interactives work together. AV automation simplifies agreed operating tasks and sequences. Together they let a visitor interaction or a staff command trigger the right response across the space.

Which media playback systems do you work with?

We build custom applications and integrations for Resolume, PIXERA and WATCHOUT. The specific connections and control functions depend on the equipment and requirements of each installation.

Can our staff run the experience and update content?

Yes. We build custom operator interfaces that give staff a straightforward way to run the experience, and content management where content needs to change over time.

Do you build software for temporary events as well as permanent installations?

Yes. We develop for brand activations and exhibitions as well as permanent museums and experience centres. Permanent software is engineered differently, for daily unattended operation over years.

Do you support the software after launch?

Yes. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts cover labour and software support for the solutions we build, within the agreed scope. New functionality and substantial upgrades are agreed separately. See Maintenance & Lifecycle Support.

Can you take over software another company wrote?

We do not take over maintenance of another supplier's software. We can assess the installation and redevelop it with our own software, reusing existing hardware where it is confirmed suitable.
