A robotic donor recognition wall was designed and delivered for Al Jalila Foundation, one of the UAE's most prominent philanthropic institutions dedicated to advancing medical research. The installation uses a precision robotic laser engraving arm to inscribe each donor's name directly onto the wall in real time, creating a permanent physical legacy from every act of generosity. From the digital interaction layer and custom software to the robotic hardware and wall fabrication, every component was built and integrated end-to-end.

Al Jalila Foundation is dedicated to advancing medical research that has the potential to save lives and reshape the future of science. But fundraising in a world saturated with campaigns requires more than a compelling cause, it requires an experience that makes donors feel the weight and permanence of their contribution. A digital receipt is not enough. A certificate is not enough. Donors needed something that would carry their name forward visibly, permanently, and in a way that connected them to the community of people driving the mission.
The brief was ambitious: develop a unique fundraising installation that uses technology to recognise and celebrate the donor community in a way that had never been done before in the region. The installation needed to transform the act of giving into a lasting physical legacy, something that would inspire future donors to join the mission, and give existing donors a reason to feel genuinely proud of their place in it.
"Donors don't just want to give they want to matter. The wall gives them something no digital receipt ever could: a name carved in permanence, surrounded by others who chose to act."

The Al Jalila Foundation Robotic Donor Recognition Wall transformed the act of donation into a public, permanent, and deeply personal event. Donors who engaged with the installation didn't just give they witnessed their contribution take physical form, in real time, on a wall that will carry their name for years to come.
The campaign generated significant donor engagement, with the live engraving moment becoming a focal point for sharing and word-of-mouth advocacy. By merging precision robotics with genuine emotional resonance, the installation elevated Al Jalila Foundation's fundraising to a level that few philanthropic campaigns in the region have matched and created a permanent installation that continues to grow with every new donor who chooses to leave their mark on the future of medicine.
The project demonstrates the capability to design, build, and deliver complex interactive installations that combine bespoke software, precision hardware, and physical fabrication into a single seamless experience built for permanence, built for scale, and built to move the people who matter most.
