Visa Arabia envisioned a state-of-the-art interactive experience center designed to educate and inspire its most important audiences — VIP visitors, internal teams, and global clients — about the transformative future of payments. The space needed to be both immersive and deeply informative, capable of conveying the complexity and potential of next-generation financial technology in a way that was compelling, accessible, and unmistakably Visa.
The experience was built around three of the most significant forces reshaping the payments landscape: artificial intelligence, automation, and payment intelligence systems. Rather than presenting these as abstract concepts, Visa Arabia wanted visitors to encounter them directly — to explore, interact with, and genuinely understand how these technologies are poised to revolutionise financial transactions and improve lives at a global scale.
Power Interactive was commissioned to design and deliver the complete experience — from interactive technology and content development through to robotic screen systems, AI assistant integration, a content management platform, and a cinema room that would serve as the journey's visionary conclusion. The result needed to position Visa Arabia not just as a payment network, but as the definitive leader in payment innovation.
Visa didn't want visitors to hear about the future of payments. They wanted them to touch it, explore it, and leave believing they'd just seen what was coming next.

The Visa Arabia 2024 Experience Center gave the brand a permanent, high-impact platform to communicate its technology vision to the audiences that matter most.
