PwC Immersive Experience Center Interactive Content & CMS

A complete interactive content and content management installation was delivered for the PwC Immersive Experience Center, a permanent innovation and ideation space at PwC Middle East's regional headquarters in Riyadh. The scope covered interactive content development for the centre's large-format LED video walls, bespoke motion content for the full-height LED pillar anchoring the space, and a centralised content management system and media server giving the PwC team complete independent control over every display in the building.

PwC Regional HQ, Riyadh Permanent Installation

The PwC Immersive Experience Center required a permanent content installation capable of adapting to a different audience every session,  government delegations, client executive teams, and partner organisations arriving with specific objectives, each expecting an environment prepared for them rather than a fixed loop playing on repeat. The content had to feel as forward-thinking as the innovation work happening inside the space, while remaining simple enough for the PwC team to control themselves, every day, without technical support.

The technical challenge was to produce a complete interactive and motion content library across radically different display geometries, large-format LED video walls and a full-height four-sided LED pillar visible across multiple floors, while holding a single coherent visual identity throughout. As a permanent installation, the content management system and media server behind it needed to be engineered for continuous daily operation and full client-side independence, with no ongoing technical intervention required after handover.

"An experience center is only as good as what is on the screens that morning. The technology was never the hard part. The hard part was building a content system a client team could own completely, from day one, without ever needing to call us."

Content Director, PwC Immersive Experience Center

Four Content Layers. One System Behind Every Screen.

Interactive Content Development

We created interactive screens for the LED walls that visitors can touch and use directly, making content easy to launch, read, and navigate for first-time users.

LED Video Wall Content Production

We created all the custom videos and background graphics for the center's LED screens, including welcome messages and theme designs. Every piece was built to fit the exact pixel size of the screens so the visuals look crisp and clean, without any stretching or blurriness.

LED Pillar Content Design

We designed custom videos for the central 4-sided LED pillar—the space’s main feature. Every video was mapped to wrap seamlessly around all four sides, ensuring it looks clear and continuous from any floor or angle.

Content Management System & Media Server

We built a central system that lets the team control all the screens from one place. It is easy to use, so anyone on staff can update schedules and swap out content for different sessions without needing technical help or outside support.

Server architecture engineered for continuous multi-display playback across a full week of client sessions sized for reliability, synchronisation, and long-term expansion of the content library.

The PwC Immersive Experience Center stands as a permanent content environment built to stay current, where every LED surface, from the large-format walls in the main ideation spaces to the full-height pillar running through the centre of the building, carries content produced specifically for it. Visiting client teams, government delegations, and partner organisations encounter a space that has been prepared for them rather than one they simply walk into, and the interactive content gives them something to work with rather than something to watch.

The installation demonstrates a capability that sits at the centre of every serious permanent experience environment: interactive content development and content management systems built for architectural-scale LED, produced natively for each display geometry and handed over as a system the client runs entirely themselves. For a space whose purpose is co-creation and ideation, that operational independence is the difference between an experience center that stays current and one that quietly goes stale.
